The Angus program at Deer Valley continues to soar with breed leading genetics. For nearly a year Angus breeders throughout the world have been considering how they intend to deal with some of the genetic issues that modern day science has unveiled. Our plan at Deer Valley Farm is no different than it was when we purchased our first Angus females – Consistently produce high maternal Angus cattle with rapid growth and performance and unsurpassed carcass traits while maintaining structural soundness and eye appeal and rely on modern day technology to insure both DVF and our customers that our genetics our free of any impurities. We are continuing to take the “Who’s Who” of the Angus breed and mass produce genetics that meet with our long term plan. Every major cow family in the Angus breed is represented in the DVF program. Besides owning daughters of the Angus breeds most popular cow families we are honored to own several of the breeds most famous and proven donor females such as GAR EXT 614, Rita 1I98 of 2536 Rito 6I6 and Roth Primrose 1247 along with many others.
